When will my order ship?

Many pieces are in stock and ship quickly. Others, like our panels, are made to order around your needs, so they take longer. After you order, we email you your estimated ship date. Shipping is free and every order is tracked.
Will I pay customs duties?

US orders: no, duties are included in the price. Other countries: your local customs may charge import duties or taxes on delivery.
What if my piece arrives broken?

Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the broken piece back.
Can you make a custom piece?

Yes. Tell us your idea on our Custom Orders page and we will reply within 24 hours with a quote, a sketch and an estimated ship date.
Can I return an item?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging. Custom pieces can only be returned if they arrive damaged. See our refund policy for details.
